Diamond Senior Apartments of Oswego, sildenafil Phase II Grand Opening
On Monday, November 16, 2015, 3 Diamond Development celebrated the Grand Opening of Diamond Senior Apartments of Oswego Phase II. There was a great turnout from all parties involved in the project. Bank of America (investor and construction lender), Featherfist (Non-profit partner), as well as officials from the Village of Oswego all praised the success of the development and the benefits that the first phase has brought to the village and its seniors.
Since its creation in 2008, 3DD has been committed to developing first class living environments for senior citizens. Diamond Senior Apartments provides their residents with a roster of amenities designed to create a functioning community, and supports residents with services designed to help them maintain an independent, healthy lifestyle. Community events include supervised movie and bingo nights, social hours, Zumba fitness classes, and more. Services from non-profit sponsor Featherfist and property manager Ludwig prioritize health, including blood pressure screenings, home health visits, and acupuncture services.
This grand opening and ribbon cutting marks the 5th successful collaboration between 3 Diamond Development and LGG. Since 2008, LGG has assisted 3 Diamond in building more than 300 units of affordable, senior housing. Lightengale was involved in managing the project from the beginning, including coordinating and negotiating the IHDA financing and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago AHP award, and arranging construction financing and LIHTC equity from Bank of America
