Grand Opening of Arbor Place of Lisle
Lightengale Group celebrates with developers Ryan Companies US, Inc. and Providence Life Services, Inc on the Grand Opening of Arbor Place of Lisle, a new development with 80 affordable housing residences for seniors aged 55 and above that opened in September.
The Village of Lisle staff and Trustees graciously welcomed the new residents (many of whom are current Lisle residents) at Arbor Place to the community. Arbor Place offers extensive resident amenities — a multi-purpose room with kitchen, welcoming lobby with fireplace, on-site property management office, computer station, and a media room with reclining chairs and library. A beautifully landscaped backyard with gazebo provides many residents with green views from their balconies. Providence also provides an extensive range of social and well-being programs for the senior residents.

Ryan and Providence developed the project with the financing provided by IHDA (tax credits and soft debt), Credit Capital, Citibank NA, BMO Harris and the FHLB of Chicago. Lightengale Group was pleased to be helpful to Ryan and Providence by helping craft the financing strategy and completing the applications for the financing and the Project-Based Vouchers provided by the DuPage Housing Authority.
