Prior experience working at Guaranteed Rate, Inc. for four years as a Closing Facilitator included assigning residential closings to closers and ensuring that all insurance documentation was compliant with the property type and aligned with investor guidelines. Furthermore, my skill and experience in administrative duties expanded greatly as a Closing Facilitator.  Prior to gaining ample knowledge about the mortgage industry from GR, my working background was largely social and customer service based. Working as a child care supervisor throughout college as well as working as a Recreation Leader for Chicago park District, I gained expertise in providing premier customer service in a timely yet efficient manner. All of the aforementioned have not only allowed me to progress in my current role as a Program Assistant with LGG, but has also shaped me to be a well round individual.
