Sharnette is an experienced Real Estate Professional with over 20+ years of demonstrated history managing large- and small-scale complex projects through public-private partnerships.
Sharnette’s career began as an Environmental Scientist specializing in hazardous materials management for the Indiana Department of Transportation. Sharnette has since worked in various capacities including site remediation, infrastructure improvement, acquisition, disposition, and real estate development in various capacities including but not limited to planning, entitlement, underwriting and lender due diligence.
Sharnette will continue to consult as the principal at SLJ Consulting, LLC and will maintain excellent customer service as provided by LGG to bring affordable housing to a fruition and improve our neighborhoods.
