Lightengale Group President Virginia Pace has been invited to be a LIHTC panelist at the Third Annual Affordable Housing Summit, held June 11th 2015 in Minneapolis. As a feature participant in the Year 15: I’m Tired of My Investor workshop session, she will be joined on the panel by John Nolde of Winthrop & Weinstine law firm, Wayne Schiferl of accounting and advisory firm Baker Tilly, and Philip Porter of Enterprise Community Investment.
The Affordable Housing Summit is an event focused on the development and financing of multifamily projects. Attendees will include major developers, investors, lenders, and governmental authorities.
As part of the Development Track Workshop, Ms. Pace will be available to help explore and address the various needs and interests of the affordable (LIHTC) housing community, with an emphasis on emergent development issues and investor perspectives.
