DEVELOPER INFO:
Lead Developer: Ryan is an owner and developer of multifamily housing with extensive experience in family and senior (LIHTC) projects. Ryan has developed and/or constructed ten (10) LIHTC projects totaling 842 affordable units, 272 units of those units in Illinois.
Co-Developer: Providence Life Services (Providence) partnered previously with Ryan at Thomas Place in Orland Park and acts as the service provider there as well. Providence has been providing care, services, and living facilities to over 1,500 elderly individuals for over 90 years. Providence is an Illinois not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation with roughly 1,500 employees and owns or ground leases over 15 senior projects throughout Illinois and Michigan.
PROJECT INFO:
Arbor Place of Lisle is an eighty (80) unit new construction building for seniors aged 55 and above. The project includes 16 Project-Based Vouchers. Units include sixty (60) one-bedroom units and twenty (20) two-bedroom units available at 30%, 50%, and 60% AMI.
Common areas include a multi-purpose room, extensive lobby, on-site property management office and media room with library. There is a community gazebo with extensive landscaping constructed at the rear of the building. The project includes eighty (80) parking spaces.
